Enhance the EV driver experience as a Bilingual Support Specialist at ChargeLab. Provide English and French support for troubleshooting and inquiries via call, chat, or email.
This on-site role based in Etobicoke, Toronto, involves real-time problem-solving and communication with site hosts and end users. You will work cross-functionally with Support, Engineering, and Product teams while ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction. The position requires a comfortable approach to phone, chat, and email communication, along with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
