As part of the Affiliated Independent Team, your primary focus is to cultivate beneficial relationships with independent retailers. You’ll leverage your bilingual skills to provide essential operational insights and maintain high standards in merchandising. Your role will involve actively monitoring competition, developing effective strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver P&L targets and drive sales
• Analyze market competition and propose tailored responses
• Coach and motivate retail teams for excellence
• Implement and oversee merchandising guidelines
• Communicate operational improvements for growth
Requirements:
• 5+ years of grocery retail experience required
• Financial acumen to drive business results
