Position
Customer Service Representative
Schedule : 9 hrs/day, 2 days off per week. Rotating days off and shift will rotate between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. Changes will be published by client before the start of the month.
Responsibilities
- Handle back office tickets and provide online enquiry and chat services to customers.
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, special cases or ad hoc tasks.
- Recruit a team of dedicated customer service representatives who are skilled in the relevant language and fulfill the required basic industry background as stipulated by the Customer for the projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce industry.
