As a Customer Service Representative you will be the friendly front‐line voice for clients, ensuring they feel valued and their issues are resolved promptly.
Take responsibility for any question, issue, or mistake affecting a policyholder or agent and decide the best solution.
Answer incoming calls, handle questions about existing policies and determine the best course of action.
Be the first contact after a policy is sold, identify risks and ask the right questions.
Record call details, process policy changes, handle DMV filings, answer billing questions, take payments, and maintain excellent phone manners, customer‐service dedication and strong problem‐solving skills.
Handle health‐policy requests (cancellations, profile updates, billing adjustments, refunds).
