Responsibilities
- Conduct credit reference checks for new and reactivated customer accounts.
- Manage outbound daily reference calls professionally.
- Provide bilingual (French/English) email support, including sending invoice copies and account statements.
- Reach out to customers about pending orders due to outdated credit card information using approved scripts.
- Support English credit reference checks as workload permits.
- Accurately update customer profiles, contact info, and account notes within internal systems.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and credit data.
