The Prospect:
The Commercial Contracts Specialist owns the full contract lifecycle for Procom across both the Consulting and Workforce lines of business. This role is introduced as a dedicated commercial negotiation capability to extract the contracting function from Account Managers, who face an inherent conflict of interest between preserving both new and existing client relationships and negotiating firm‑favourable terms. The Specialist partners with Account Managers on the front end of client engagements, is introduced to the client as a commercial subject matter expert and then owns the negotiation process through to execution. The role reports to the CRO within the Growth Office with a dotted line to the General Counsel, signalling to the sales organization that this function exists to enable revenue, not to create bureaucratic friction.
