Billing Coordinator (Finance & Accounting)
20‑month contract opportunity for a bilingual professional in Canada’s leading Business Law firm. The Billing Coordinator is responsible for handling all aspects of the firm’s client billing cycle, exchanging billing information between the firm and its clients, ensuring billing is completed effectively, efficiently, and accurately, and supporting collections and trust fund reviews.
Work includes invoice distribution to clients, uploading invoices to client e‑billing portals (where applicable), assisting with collections, and reviewing inactive trust funds with responsible lawyers.
Hybrid workweek: Combining remote work days with in‑office days at Montreal, Toronto, or Ottawa.
