Bilingual Banking & Card Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Expert to join our team in Bogotá, Connecta Av.26. In this role, you'll provide banking and credit/debit card support while responding to inquiries and delivering effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

You should be a clear communicator with a solution-driven mindset, have intermediate to advanced English proficiency, and enjoy helping others. The position offers a base salary of 2'315.000/Mo., performance-based bonuses, and an indefinite-term contract.
