Zurich Canada is on the lookout for a driven Bilingual Auto Claims Specialist in Montreal to expertly manage automobile claims. Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance in all claims processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing first-party automobile claims within commercial lines. Reporting to the Claims Handling Manager, you will handle claims from intake to settlement, develop case strategies, and ensure data integrity. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
