This position is only accepting applicants already located in Costa Rica.What you will be doing:The Bid Response Specialist/Proposal Assistant executes and delivers on specific tasks related to Public Sector Proposal opportunities supporting the Public Sector Sales organization.
This position reports to the Manager, Capture and Bid Response.Responsibilities:- Coordinates the intake of new opportunities.
- Runs the daily proposal huddle to coordinate assignments and document status updates.
- Assists in completing proposals and managing timelines to final submission.
- Interfaces with relevant teams for review and signature of required documents.
- Uploads bids to bid posting sites to meet submission deadlines.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet client-driven requirements and deadlines.
