Bid & Proposal Technical Lead - Electrical

In this role, you will act as a technical leader and trusted advisor for customers, supporting the promotion and application of Hitachi products, systems, services, and tools . You will work at the intersection of engineering, sales, and market development, helping convert technical opportunities into long‑term business growth. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and supporting sales teams, contributing directly to demand generation, customer development, and sustainable relationships.

Senior Engineers will focus on more complex applications and act as technical references for junior and intermediate roles.
