An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Manager to join a well-established organisation within the construction and infrastructure sector. This role plays a key part in leading pre-construction and tendering activities, ensuring commercially robust and competitive bids are delivered from initial concept through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pre-construction activities across multiple projects
• Prepare detailed tender pricing and submission documentation
• Develop budget estimates at early feasibility stages
• Produce comprehensive tender reports for senior stakeholders
• Manage all tender-related documentation, correspondence, and drawings
• Undertake cost and value analysis in collaboration with the wider bid team
