Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President (VP), Business Development the Benefits Consultant is responsible for growing the portfolio of Medium and Large Market clients. The Benefits Consultant is responsible for achieving sales results, finding, and qualifying leads, and bringing new business opportunities to close. The Benefits Consultant sells product and services available throughout the Enterprise though is primarily focused on Group Benefits. They are comfortable working with C‑Suite, Senior Leadership, and client decision makers to move forward new business development.
The Benefits Consultant Will
- Acts as the front‑line sales point for People Corporation’s existing and prospective clients and works in a consultative selling capacity. This role contributes to the success of People Corporation by achieving growth of the client portfolio and therefore is a key contributor of the Group Solutions’ business performance and growth.
