ComPsych is seeking licensed clinicians to join their esteemed Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network. This role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health and at least three years of post-master’s clinical experience. You will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling within your community, addressing issues like anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide EAP counseling through in-person sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients with workplace and personal challenges
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation as per standards
