Job Description
As a Behavior Support and Counseling Specialist, deliver critical mental health resources for early learners. Address the behavioral needs of students in a therapeutic context while training staff across grade levels.
This role emphasizes direct intervention with students from Pre-K to 5th grade who face emotional and behavioral challenges. You will collaborate with teachers to integrate effective strategies and ensure that supportive measures are in place.
