Resolv Global is hiring a Collections Specialist to join our on-site team in Barranquilla, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have experience in third-party collections and be comfortable with difficult conversations. You will be responsible for managing collections calls, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This role offers a competitive base pay of $250–$260 USD weekly with uncapped commission opportunities. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are essential.
