Banquet Supervisor
Job Description
Banquet department hosts a variety of different events including wedding, birthdays, celebrations of life, golf tournament and many more.
Ensures the event runs on time
Ensures staff is on task and supporting them whenever necessary
Writes a detailed report for the F&B Management team regarding the event
Communicates with the kitchen staff regarding dinner/dessert times
Correctly charges all invoiced items to the event account
Locking down the building at the end of the night
Anything else asked by the F&B Management team Previous experience in Banquet and/or Restaurant Supervision in a hotel and/or restaurant
Serving It Right license is mandatory and Foodsafe...
This position is seasonal part time with the possibility of full time. Peak times for banquets are May to September, November and December.
