Special Events Sales Director & Seasoned Hospitality Professional
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assist them with their seating arrangements.
- Assist managers and organizers with planning the layout and logistics of events.
- Setup and manage Team Member shifts and timetables.
- Develop and provide Team Members with the necessary training, including guest service and serving etiquette.
- Manage the setup of events in coordination with the Director of Special Events.
- Run the floor and coordinate the food and drink service by liaising with the kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of linen, supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Tend to guests' requests, questions, and complaints.
- Ensure that the venue and facilities remain neat and clean.
- Ensure that all applicable safety regulations are communicated and followed.
