Qualifications

You are an experienced Banquet Captain who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality services and customer satisfaction. You will work under the Banquet Manager and supervise the banquet team guaranteeing a smooth running of events. You will be asked to set‑up and assure required standards are met. You will manage stocks, the bar and carry out orders according to the client’s requirements. You will also ensure administrative follow‑up of the functions is done and according to the contract.
