About the roleWe are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Bankruptcy Paralegal to join a fast-paced US based law firm.
This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone who can work independently, manage a high-volume workload efficiently, and provide strong legal support in bankruptcy matters.Key Responsibilities• Prepare bankruptcy petitions for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases• Review submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance• Manage and organize legal documentation and case files• Coordinate with attorneys and clients regarding case requirements and updates• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasksRequirements• Strong experience in Bankruptcy Law, specifically Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases• Proficiency and hands-on experience with Clio, NextChapter, and Jubilee required• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail• Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy• Comfortable working...
