Bank Recovery/Litigation Clerk
Salary: Up to $80K
Key Responsibilities
Manage bank recovery files from intake through to enforcement with minimal supervisionDraft and file pleadings, affidavits, default judgments, motion records, writs of seizure and sale, garnishments, and other enforcement documentsTrack and manage court deadlines and limitation periodsLiaise with process servers, courts, clients, and opposing counselMonitor responses, coordinate service, and follow up on court filings and procedural stepsMaintain well-organized, up-to-date files in accordance with firm policiesPrepare reports and documentation to support lawyers and client communications Qualifications
