The Chef de Partie will report directly to the Sous Chef and is responsible for leading a team in producing high-quality food within a high-volume setting. This role requires prior experience and expertise in maintaining kitchen organization and sanitation while preparing a variety of culinary offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of workstations
• Comply with health and safety protocols throughout food prep
• Prepare menu items while accommodating dietary requirements
• Achieve food preparation excellence set by kitchen leadership
• Direct and guide other culinary team members
