BA (Business Analysis)

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional QA, within the mutual funds industry is a MUST.
• Solid understanding of mutual funds processes and systems.
• Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and aptitude for balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information to business users.
• PMP, CBAP, or similar certification is a plus.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
