B2B Reservations Agent- North America

Position Summary

The B2B Reservations Agent is responsible for assisting and supporting B2B Reservations Manager for thl in North America, ensuring operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and alignment with thl’s commercial goals. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining partner relationships, optimizing rental revenue, supporting the Motek reservation system, and ensuring trade partner & guest satisfaction.
