AZ Driver - Temporary

Location

445 Export Blvd, Mississauga, ON – Labatt Mississauga Warehouse.

Shift

Work weeks vary (Mon‑Fri, Sun‑Thu, Tue‑Sat, Wed‑Sun). New employees start on afternoon shifts (2 PM‑4 PM) for at least six months.

Salary

Approx. $26.50–28.30 /hr.

• Regular Pay: Approx. $24–28 /hr (piece work based)
• Monthly & quarterly bonuses: Approx. $2.50–3.50 /hr (lump sums based on hours worked)

Piece work includes:

• The KM
• Hook/Unhook Trailer (Drop)
• Deliveries
• +$1.28 /hr for each hour worked based on KPI
• Delay time at hourly rate

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in physical activities and manual labor, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, twisting, pulling, and bending.
• Lift objects up to 80 lbs.
