Key Responsibilities:
• Direct preparation and analysis of external financial reports
• Ensure corporate compliance with IFRS
• Lead the annual financial statement process
• Oversee accounting for acquisitions and divestitures
• Develop accounting policies ensuring required disclosures
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years in financial leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
