Within the Operations Support Engineering Group, you'll report to the Engineering Manager and work collaboratively with design, production, and repair teams. Your focus will be on resolving technical issues, ensuring optimal product performance, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct problem analysis and root cause identification
• Address Non-Conformance Reports and change impacts
• Resolve component obsolescence issues proactively
• Document findings and create product training materials
• Assist with production-related technical challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in electronics within a high-tech sector
