Lead aviation ground operations and achieve outstanding service standards in a Senior Management role. Oversee operational activities, staff management, and compliance protocols at an airport facility.
Reporting to the VP – FBO Operations, this position is pivotal in managing both the administrative and operational aspects of ground services. You will ensure efficiency in staff hiring, oversee team performance, and guarantee adherence to safety procedures and regulations. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise aviation ground operations staff and scheduling
• Ensure efficient ramp and hangar operations
• Address safety and SMS issues promptly
• Draft Tenant Agreements with corporate support
