Av Events Project Coordinator (Xico)

We’re looking for an AV Events Project Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager – Broadcast. In this role you will help shape how we deliver high‑quality audiovisual support for Nasdaq Events by centralizing communication, streamlining project workflows and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external partners.

• Manage and maintain Monday.com boards to track, prioritize and organize AV event projects.
• Serve as the main liaison between the AV team and external vendors, ensuring accurate and timely project information.
• Join client AV calls, capture detailed requirements and translate them into clear action items for the AV team.
• Bridge communication between the AV, Events and other internal departments to ensure alignment and project success.
