JOB SUMMARY

Help Food and Beverage Manager maintain daily operation and management of restaurant and recreational facilities, and organize subordinates to provide guests with superb services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and supervise food reservation work of guesthouses, and make sure that food will be delivered in a timely, considerate, and courteous way.
• Supervise security work of subordinates; strengthen the management on restaurant's property and recreational facilities so as to reduce expenses and loss; supervise procurement and inventory monitoring work, and control cost effectively.
• Establish materials management system, and maintenance items on ever floor, good security and firefighting.
