Job Description
Drive efficiency at MEDA Limited as a Maintenance and Production Supervisor in the automotive sector. This 9-month contract role focuses on safety and productivity across all shifts.
As a Maintenance and Production Supervisor, you will oversee unionized teams to optimize production processes and ensure high-quality outputs. With a minimum of one year of experience managing a workforce, you will coach team members on safety standards and quality benchmarks. Your role will also involve supporting ongoing improvements and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
