Our client seeks an experienced Business/Delivery Lead to own end-to-end client relationships and ensure effective outcome delivery across various applications. You’ll liaise with Digital Integration and IT Leads, manage OKRs, and chair steering meetings with client leadership. Your role is pivotal in escalating issues and ensuring consistent innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own all relationships with external clients in the sector
• Manage outcome delivery across brand sites and applications
• Be the main contact for Integration and IT Leads
