Automotive Assembly & Welding Production Manager

上海李尔汽车系统有限公司宁波分公司 is seeking a qualified Production Manager for the Arteaga, Mexico location. You will be responsible for developing production strategies to meet key safety and quality KPIs while ensuring effective team management.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the automotive industry with a strong focus on assembly and welding processes. Fluent English and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering are required. This position offers a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
