Join Agropur’s Maintenance Team in Québec City as an Automation Technical Advisor. Contribute to the efficiency of automated systems through expertise in PLCs, HMI, and troubleshooting.
As an Automation Technical Advisor, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the longevity and proper functionality of the plant’s automated processes. You'll leverage your expertise in instrumentation and modifications on complex systems to support production operations. This role involves addressing issues and implementing corrective measures effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose electrical problems in automated systems
• Modify and program PLCs and HMIs
• Provide technical support in automation and instrumentation
• Train electromechanics team on effective tool use
• Oversee updates to technical documentation
