The Automation Specialist supports plant operations by working closely with the maintenance team with onsite projects and troubleshooting. This role is responsible for timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution of automation project management, design, and technical support as defined by all departments. The Automation Specialist leads and assists with automation-related upgrades, system enhancements, and process improvements. This includes collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify needs, develop practical solutions, and ensure systems meet company standards.
