Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Automation & Controls

• Continous improvement on linestoppage downtime reduction
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to servo drives, motion control, and automated equipment.
• Implement logic adjustments and parameter changes following plant change‑management processes.
• Automation implementation to reduce human dependent operation, including the failure occurrence.

Robotics Support

• Support industrial robotic applications (KUKA preferred)
• Program recovery and optimization
• TCP, mastering, and reference validation
• PLC–robot interlock verification

Automation troubleshooting and technical people empowerment
