Automation & Operation Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an Operations & Automation Manager to join a fast-growing
operations environment where systems, processes, and automation are actively
evolving. This role sits between frontline operations and senior leadership and focuses
on improving throughput, identifying operational bottlenecks, and supporting automation
and systems initiatives across the business.
The scope of this role is intentionally hands-on and is expected to evolve as the
individual grows with the business. This role is well suited to someone early in their
management career who has had exposure across engineering, operations, or process-
driven environments and is ready to take on broader ownership.
