Duties and Responsibilities

Create detailed automation design proposal including controls design, electrical and pneumatic, specifying hardware and components, testing, commissioning, and validation. Develop and verify safety systems, understand safety risk assessmentsInterpret/read/write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagramsPrepare and release drawings for new projects, record changes diligently, and release updated drawingsInstall, program, and integrate PLC, HMI, robots, tooling, drives, actuators, sensors, vision systems, start-up, debugging and compliance with internal and customer standardsProgram Fanuc, Yasawaka and Kuka welding and material handling robotsProgram and maintain robots online/offline using (CIM Station, Fanuc Weld Pro, MotoSim, and Robot Studio)Provide ideas to automate manual operations, assist and present ROI (return on investment) studi...
