About the Role You’ll own the automation backbone that runs Martell Media: the Stripe → CRM → access management pipelines, the AI infrastructure powering Dan Martell’s coaching products, and the daily reporting our CEO reads with his morning coffee. We just finished a multi-month migration from GoHighLevel to HubSpot, and we’re entering the next phase. Your job is to keep it running, make it better, and ship new automations + AI features that compound over time.
You’re stepping into a mature stack with real customers depending on it. There’s room to ship new automations and AI features on top of what’s already running.
You’re also the team’s force multiplier. Martell Media is AI-first. Everyone here uses Claude CLI, every day. The job isn’t to be a help desk; it’s to enable colleagues to solve their own problems, and then build the systems and patterns that prevent the next question. That’s a featur...
