Job Description
Responsibilities
- Accurately handle business calls and questions about insurance documentation and processing.
- Train and coach employees, including new hires and existing staff.
- Utilize the tracking system and reports to maintain daily service standards and goals.
- Lead team members and take ownership of higher‑level responsibilities.
- Mentor employees within the Auto Team and support management.
- Champion communication of goals, vision, and procedures developed by leadership.
- Assist Auto team management (or oversee goals in management’s absence) to ensure daily service commitments are met.
- Answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, respond to phone inquiries, and copy management on email communication in a timely manner.
- Participate in or complete special projects, such as training, system/process enhancements, or service improvements, under Manager’s oversight.
