Job Description
The Auto Insurance Advisor is responsible for servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner. They maintain extensive knowledge of various insurance products and collaborate with team members to ensure a superior customer service experience. Our goal as a team is to provide clients with expert advice and out of the box problem solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering exceptional additional services to clients that exceed standard transactional offerings for personal lines customers.
Engaging in growth initiatives on behalf of the Personal Insurance department.
Managing Autopac transactions for walk-in, phone and email requests.
Fostering strong, long-term customer relationships by providing value-added services.
Overseeing account documentation, which encompasses routine inquiries, quotes, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, and additional tasks for Auto.
