Audience Specialist

OverviewThe Audience Development Specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving audience databases to support event recruitment across North America.This includes identifying the right audience profiles based on event criteria, sourcing new contact data, cleaning and validating existing records, and supporting outreach efforts to maximize registrations and attendance.This role requires strong research skills, data accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with event, marketing, and audience development teams.What You'll DoAudience Recruitment & Event Support: Identify and recruit the right target audience for North America events based on event objectives, target job titles, industries, company types, geographies, and other attendee criteria.Support attendee acquisition efforts for webinars, virtual events, in-person conferences, executive roundtables, and custom event programs.Execute audience invitation activities through approved outr...
