Attorney - Property Insurance Claims (Plaintiffs)

Job Description Job Description Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in County, Circuit and Federal Courts
• Attend depositions, mediations and court hearings
• Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions and discovery
• Negotiate settlements
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

• Must have license in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

• Yearly base salary commiserate with experience
• Monthly bonus based on reaching litigation goals
