Become an Atlassian Product Administrator at ATB in a hybrid role. Manage tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring operational integrity and enhancing user capabilities.
As the primary admin of ATB’s Atlassian suite, you will drive system integrity and lead innovation initiatives. This role includes managing license administration, customizing projects, and overseeing system updates. You will also mentor users while developing training programs that foster best practices and maximize tool effectiveness throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the administration of the Atlassian suite
• Ensure project customization and robust troubleshooting
• Plan and execute updates, upgrades, and integrations

• Act as a central support for Jira Administrators
