Astera Labs is on the lookout for an experienced Physical Design Manager to lead our Signal Connectivity Group. You will helm the physical design process from RTL to GDSII for high-speed connectivity solutions. Your role blends rigorous technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on critical tasks required for successful ASIC delivery.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive block-level and top-level physical design efforts • Ensure timely timing closure and sign-off • Supervise floorplanning and place-and-route activities • Work closely with global engineering teams for best practices • Establish and maintain quality assurance in design methodology
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Engineering; a Master’s is a plus • 12+ years in physical design of complex designs • At least 2 years in a leadership role • Proficie...
