What You Will Do

• Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for administrative, technical, and management positions throughout the company in Sao Paulo and other LATAM regions.
• Follow up with the related administrative aspects of employment, such as notifying the appropriate departments of the employee's starting date.
• Completion of weekly report on recruiting activity.
• Consult with internal business leaders to identify needs and create high quality recruiting solutions for positions.
• Assist with development of recruiting strategies to fill positions through direct recruiting.
• Build a pipeline of candidate resources and work with the recruitment manager to support the growth of the company.
