About the Role: The Associate/ Sr.Associate Corporate Volunteering will be responsible for driving high-impact volunteering programs with corporate partners, ensuring seamless execution and engagement. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program management to foster meaningful collaborations between corporates and Bhumis volunteering initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: Plan and execute corporate volunteering events (on-ground and virtual) ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality participant experience. Manage event operations and stakeholder coordination, including volunteers, vendors, facilitators, and internal teams. Achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90%+ across all volunteering engagements. Track, measure, and report program impact, including volunteer participation, feedback, outcomes, and success stories.
