Collaborate with the conversion lead and client stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements for onboarding and data migration. Design creative, scalable, and maintainable solutions that fit our clients’ unique data needs, leveraging industry best practices. Implement and optimize complex data conversion logic, primarily using Oracle database and advanced PL/SQL techniques. Identify opportunities for performance tuning and optimization to enhance conversion performance. Document solutions and processes to promote reusable patterns and internal knowledge sharing.
