As a Spanish Bilingual Associate Renewals Manager, you will manage customer renewals and retention with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. Job Responsibilities
- Maximize customer retention rates by using effective sales techniques over the phone, video, and email in both English and Spanish, with a focus on reducing customer churn and contraction.
- Oversee the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded.
