Role Overview
As an Associate in the Client Service Team, you act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts. Your role is to partner with clients to understand their knowledge gaps, identify and engage with relevant experts, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously while developing core skills in sales, time management, negotiation, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client project briefs to understand knowledge gaps and conduct high‑level industry and company research to identify the most relevant experts.
- Utilize phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with experts and assess their suitability.
- Critically screen experts for relevance and quality, ensuring they can address client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of work experience.
- Academic achievement in any undergraduate field (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
